Shipping & Handling
We Ship to ALL 50 US STATES, via UPS Ground or US Priority Mail.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Order Processing Times
We will process all orders within 2 business days (M-F). Payments by check will be processed after allowing 10 business days for checks to clear. We ship “same day” when payment is made by money order or bank check.
If you’ve already placed an order and have a question, please e-mail us — we’ll do our best to answer your question within 8 hours. We also respond to e-mail on most weekends and holidays.
We normally have all items in stock. Sometimes an item may be temporarily out of stock. We will do everything possible to fill your order within 10 days.
Prices subject to product in stock, at the time of order. Prices subject to change. Orders received by mail may be subject to additional payment before shipment if the price of the item has gone up over 10%.
A $45.00 Bank fee will be assessed on all returned checks.
Please examine your shipment carefully upon arrival. If damaged, notify the delivery person and have them note the damage on the shipping papers. You must file your claim with the transportation company, as our responsibility for damage ends once we release the shipment to the transportation company.
Magazine/Cloth Belt Restrictions
No sales to: California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Massachusetts, Illinois, New Jersey, Maryland , New York, Washington D.C..
We are a Internet/mail order company and do not have a retail presence. Our warehouses are not open to the public. We also ship from several locations, throughout the country. Hours of operation: Monday thru Saturday, 7:00am – 7:00pm PST.
Returns are not allowed on any of our products, without prior agreement. It is our strict policy not to accept returns on most items. Returns on books are also not allowed. Items that are returned must be pre-approved and returned in the original packaging, and contain all literature and instructions. Any approved return will be assessed a 15% re-stocking fee, and shipping charges are not refundable.
Just request a Return Authorization by sending us an E-Mail. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges to BMG Parts Company.
We will process your order after allowing 15 business days for your check to clear.
Money Orders & Bank Checks
When your payment is by Money Order or Bank Check, we will ship your order the same day that payment is received.

For our customers convenience, we accept all major credit cards. Please understand that we will add 3% to the invoice total, to cover the credit card company fee.
We do not accept purchase orders without a credit card, as we do not offer TERMS.
We do not share customer information with anyone, other than the information sent to credit card companies for the processing of your order. We also do not participate in outside marketing campaigns.
Dummy Gun (Immitation Firearms) Restrictions
No sales to: California, Connecticut, Kansas, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Puerto Rico, Washington D.C., Wisconsin.
Although most of the parts and accessories that we offer are not restricted, it is your responsibility to know your local, state and federal laws. Machine gun parts, that cannot be used in a semi automatic firearm, are sold as serviceable replacement parts only. ALL NFA RULES APPLY.
